Midthunder is a member of Fort Peck's Assiniboine, and Sioux Tribe. Her mother was a castor and she was a student at the Academy for Technology and the Classics in Santa Fe. She was raised in the Navajo Nation, in Shiprock. Amber was born in New Mexico, is Native American from her father's family tree, is part of the Fort Peck Sioux Tribe. Amber's mom is Adopted. Amber therefore has an unidentified mix of her ancestry. Prey features a majority Native American ensemble, with Dakota Beavers playing Naru's older brother, and Jhane myers serving as producer. Jhane is Comanche and Blackfeet and has consulted with Prey on a variety of occasions. Coco was the choice for Sarii due to her American Dingo breed. It is one the oldest dog breeds and is also known by its other name, Carolina Dog.
The narration of TJ throughout the film revolves on Amanda, and some may refer to his daughter. He confessed his feelings towards her but she refused him as she was dating Daniel. Jack later married Amanda. Emily then revealed the identity of Emily following Amanda's death. They've been friends ever since. They will be married during the finale of the series. Amanda is able to kiss Wilf in the final moments. Single-handedly wins the prize pot.
